21 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor
- client, no fee is charged
15 to 20 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor
- client, 25% of the total cost of the stay is charged
14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor
- client, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged
7 or less days prior to the arrival date or no-show of the visitor - client, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged
